Welcome! Thank you for being here. I am E, a motivated dental biller looking to find my home office. I have been in the dental field since 2019 specializing in dental billing and coding, insurance verification, and other dental office administrative tasks. The past three years have been dedicated to providing excellent remote support.

I am proficient in the following dental software: Curve, Dentrix (including Ascend), Eaglesoft, Open Dental, and Tab32. My proven ability to maintain OCR below 10% stems from my insurance claim submission knowledge and accuracy in initial claim submissions. Ensuring prompt and maximum payment from the insurance companies to you is my goal, accomplished through successful follow up protocols I have put into place for myself. I also offer a warm, interpersonal communication style that makes for highly effective interactions with patients, dental staff, and insurance providers. All of my protocols follow strict HIPAA compliance, safeguarding patient information at all times. Beacuse of my high level of skill with technology, I am able to offer a large range of virtual services not necessarily outlined in my services.
